In these Terms:

“Website” means UnderOverPredictions.com and its pages.

“UnderOverPredictions”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Website and provider of the services offered through it.

“User”, “customer”, “you” and “your” mean any person who visits the Website, uses free content, or purchases a paid service.

“Tips”, “predictions” or “selections” mean football-related opinions, statistical assessments, market selections and other informational content provided through the Website or by email.

“Paid Services” means any football prediction service, one-day access, multi-day access, subscription, package or other paid offering made available through the Website.

“Performance Protection” means the separate Football Tips Performance Protection policy applicable only to eligible services and subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

UnderOverPredictions provides football predictions, betting-related analysis, statistical information and opinions concerning football goal markets and other football betting markets.

Services may include, among others:

• Bet of the Day;
• Over 2.5 Goals tips;
• Under 2.5 Goals tips;
• Both Teams To Score (BTTS) tips;
• Daily Double selections;
• Daily Treble selections;
• free football tips; and
• other football prediction products or services displayed on the Website.

The specific content, number of selections, expected odds range, delivery method, access period and other characteristics of a Paid Service are described on the relevant service or purchase page.

Our services are informational only. We do not place bets on behalf of customers, hold customer betting funds, operate a bookmaker, provide a gambling account, or guarantee any betting outcome or financial return.

Free tips, predictions, articles, statistics and other free materials may be made available at our discretion.

Free content may be changed, delayed, suspended or discontinued without notice.

The availability of free content does not create an obligation for us to continue providing any particular free service or selection.

Before completing a purchase, you should review the relevant service page and checkout information carefully.

A purchase is subject to the service description, price, access period and other conditions shown at the time of purchase.

An order is considered accepted when payment has been successfully authorised and we make the purchased service available or send confirmation of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, technical error, abuse of the service, incorrect pricing, unlawful use or circumstances that make fulfilment impossible. Where a paid order is cancelled by us before the service is supplied, any amount due to be returned will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Prices are displayed on the Website or during checkout.

The price applicable to a purchase is the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Where applicable, taxes will be handled as required by law and reflected through the relevant checkout process.

If a payment involves currency conversion, your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Stripe or another payment intermediary may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Such third-party charges are outside our control.

Paid tips are normally delivered by email or through another method stated on the relevant service page.

Delivery schedules may differ between services. Any specific expected delivery timing stated on a service page forms part of the description of that service.

You are responsible for providing a valid and correctly entered email address and for maintaining access to it.

You should also check spam, junk, promotions and other filtered folders. Failure to notice an email that was correctly sent to the email address supplied at checkout does not by itself mean that the service was not delivered.

If you believe a paid selection has not been delivered, you should contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that the issue can be investigated.

Football fixtures, kick-off times, competitions, betting markets and bookmaker odds may change after a prediction is prepared or delivered.

Quoted odds are indicative of the odds available or targeted when the selection is prepared or published and are not guaranteed to remain available.

Bookmakers and betting exchanges are independent third parties. We do not control their prices, market availability, settlement rules, account restrictions, technical systems or decisions.

Customers are responsible for checking the selection, market, fixture, odds and bookmaker rules before placing any bet.

UnderOverPredictions may publish historical results for free and paid services, including wins, losses, odds, performance summaries and other statistics.

We aim to maintain transparent public performance records. Results are intended to reflect the relevant published service and its recorded selections.

Historical records are provided for transparency and information only and do not guarantee future performance.

Where a result is affected by a postponed, abandoned, cancelled, void or otherwise unusual fixture or market settlement, the applicable result may depend on the stated service methodology, the recorded selection and the relevant settlement circumstances.

Where a Paid Service is offered as a subscription or includes recurring billing, the billing frequency, price, renewal conditions and available cancellation method will be disclosed before the purchase is completed.

No recurring payment should be inferred solely from the use of the word “subscription”. The checkout information applicable to the specific purchase determines whether recurring billing applies.

Where recurring billing is used, cancellation stops future renewals in accordance with the terms presented at checkout and any mandatory rights under applicable law. Cancellation does not automatically reverse charges already validly incurred.

You agree to:

• provide accurate information when making a purchase;
• use the service only for lawful personal purposes;
• keep purchased tips and paid content for your own use unless we expressly permit otherwise;
• check fixture, market and odds information before acting on a prediction;
• comply with gambling laws and bookmaker rules applicable to you;
• maintain control over your own betting decisions and staking; and
• contact us promptly if you believe there is an order or delivery problem.

You must not, without our prior written permission:

• resell, republish, reproduce or commercially redistribute paid tips;
• share paid selections through websites, messaging groups, social-media channels, forums, mailing lists or other distribution channels;
• systematically copy or scrape Website content;
• use automated tools to interfere with the Website or extract protected content;
• misrepresent UnderOverPredictions content as your own;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to Website systems or another customer’s service;
• use the Website or services for fraud, unlawful activity or abuse.

Reasonable action may be taken to protect the Website and paid content where misuse is detected, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights.

Unless otherwise stated, the Website’s original text, branding, graphics, service descriptions, prediction content, analysis, databases, presentation and other original materials are owned by or licensed to UnderOverPredictions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchase of a Paid Service gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the purchased content for your own private use during the relevant access period.

A purchase does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

The Website may refer or link to third-party websites or services, including payment processors, bookmakers, statistics providers, social platforms or other external services.

Third parties operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies and rules.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, pricing, settlement decisions or practices of independent third-party services, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We aim to keep the Website and services reasonably available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, email-provider problems, payment-processor outages, security incidents, internet failures or events outside our reasonable control.

Where a technical problem materially affects a paid service, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, provide a suitable remedy in accordance with the service terms and applicable law.

We take reasonable care when preparing and publishing information, but football data, team news, fixture details, odds, statistics and other information may contain errors or may change after publication.

Obvious typographical, technical or factual errors may be corrected.

If an error materially affects a paid order or selection, we will assess the circumstances reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses reasonably incurred by us as a direct result of your unlawful use of the Website, infringement of our intellectual property, fraudulent conduct or deliberate violation of these Terms.

This provision does not reduce any mandatory rights available to consumers.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Website may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy and through the consent controls made available on the Website.

Payment information is handled as described in Section 9 of these Terms and in our Privacy Policy.

Order confirmations, paid tips, service notices and customer-support communications may be sent electronically.

By purchasing a service, you agree that communications necessary to fulfil and administer that purchase may be sent to the email address you provide.

Transactional or service communications are separate from optional marketing communications.

We may update, improve, rename or discontinue Website features or services from time to time.

Changes will not remove mandatory rights already acquired by customers.

Where a material change affects an existing paid purchase, we will handle the change reasonably and in accordance with the terms applicable to that purchase and mandatory law.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on the Website with a revised “Last updated” date.

For a completed purchase, the version of the Terms applicable when the contract was concluded will generally continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or the parties validly agree otherwise.

If you have a complaint or question concerning an order, delivery, payment, Performance Protection or these Terms, please contact us using the contact method published on the Website.

Please include sufficient information to identify the relevant order and explain the issue.

We will aim to review legitimate complaints within a reasonable period.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.

Any invalid provision should be interpreted or limited only to the minimum extent necessary to make the Terms lawful and enforceable where possible.

These Terms, together with the service description applicable to the purchase and any policies expressly incorporated into the transaction — including, where applicable, the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Football Tips Performance Protection policy — form the contractual terms governing the relevant service.

If a service-specific term clearly conflicts with a general provision of these Terms, the more specific term will apply to that service to the extent permitted by law.
