This Policy explains how cancellation, withdrawal and refund requests are handled for paid services purchased through UnderOverPredictions.com.

Scope
This Policy applies to paid football prediction products and services purchased directly through UnderOverPredictions.com, including one-day services, fixed-period services and 30-day plans.
Our paid services consist of digital football predictions, selections, analysis and related information, normally delivered by email or by another method stated on the relevant service page.
Immediate Digital Supply
Many UnderOverPredictions services are time-sensitive and may begin shortly after purchase.
Where required by law, before immediate supply begins we may ask the customer to:
- expressly request or consent to performance or digital supply beginning before the end of any applicable withdrawal period; and
- acknowledge that beginning supply may result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal where the law provides for that consequence.
If the legal requirements for loss of a withdrawal right are not satisfied, the customer retains any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
EU/EEA Right Of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area may generally have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within 14 days, subject to legal exceptions and conditions.
For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may cease once supply begins where the customer has given the required prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, and all other legal requirements have been satisfied.
Different rules may apply where a purchase is legally classified as a service rather than digital content. Mandatory law always prevails.
One-Day Services
One-day football prediction services are time-sensitive.
If you request cancellation before the prediction has been supplied and before performance has begun, contact us as soon as possible. Where the order can reasonably be stopped, we will review the request and apply any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
Once a one-day prediction has been supplied or made available, refunds are not normally provided merely because:
- the prediction loses;
- the result differs from the prediction;
- bookmaker odds change;
- the customer decides not to place the bet;
- the customer places a different market, stake or selection; or
- the customer does not read an email that was correctly sent to the address supplied at checkout.
This does not remove any mandatory right that remains available under applicable law.
Fixed-Period And 30-Day Plans
For a fixed-period or 30-day plan, cancellation does not retrospectively erase content or services already supplied.
If a statutory right of withdrawal remains available, the request will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Where immediate performance was expressly requested and applicable law allows a proportionate charge for services already supplied before a valid withdrawal, any such amount will be calculated in accordance with mandatory law.
Where the legal requirements for loss of the withdrawal right for supplied digital content have been satisfied, a refund is not due merely because the prediction period has already begun.
Recurring Subscriptions, Where Offered
This section applies only where the checkout clearly states that a product renews automatically or uses recurring billing.
Customers may cancel future renewals using the available cancellation method or by contacting us where appropriate.
Cancellation of recurring billing stops future renewals in accordance with the terms presented at checkout. It does not automatically refund a payment already validly charged for a service period that has begun.
A one-time 30-day purchase is not a recurring subscription unless the checkout clearly states that automatic renewal applies.
Performance-Based Refund Requests
A losing tip, losing day, losing sequence or negative performance does not by itself create a right to a cash refund.
Football predictions involve risk and no selection is guaranteed to win.
Certain eligible services may instead qualify for Football Tips Performance Protection under the separate policy published on the Website. Performance Protection may provide additional access or service extensions when its stated conditions are met.
Performance Protection is separate from statutory refund and withdrawal rights.
Duplicate Or Incorrect Payments
If you believe that you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged for an order that was not properly created, contact us promptly.
Where an incorrect or duplicate charge is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate correction or refund.
Non-Delivery Or Technical Problems
If a paid prediction is not received, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Before requesting a refund, please check:
- that the email address entered at checkout was correct;
- spam, junk, promotions and other filtered folders; and
- whether the stated service delivery time has passed.
Where a delivery failure is caused by us and the content cannot reasonably be supplied within the relevant service period, we will assess an appropriate remedy, which may include re-delivery, replacement access, a service extension or a refund where required by law or appropriate in the circumstances.
If our records show that the paid content was correctly sent to the email address supplied by the customer, failure to open or notice that email does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Fixture Changes And Void Events
Football fixtures may be postponed, abandoned, cancelled or otherwise affected after a prediction has been prepared.
Depending on the relevant service rules and circumstances, an affected selection may be replaced, carried forward, treated as void for performance purposes, or otherwise handled under the applicable service methodology.
A fixture change does not automatically create a cash-refund entitlement where an appropriate replacement or service remedy can be provided, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Changes In Bookmaker Odds
Bookmaker odds are controlled by independent third parties and may move quickly.
A refund is not normally available solely because:
- quoted or expected odds are no longer available;
- a bookmaker changes a market;
- a bookmaker limits or closes an account;
- a bookmaker refuses a wager; or
- the customer uses a different bookmaker or exchange.
Customer Errors
Refunds are not normally provided for issues caused solely by customer error, including:
- providing an incorrect email address;
- purchasing the wrong service and failing to contact us before supply begins;
- placing the wrong selection or market;
- failing to read the service description before purchase.
We will nevertheless review genuine mistakes reasonably, particularly where paid content has not yet been supplied.
Payment Processors
Payments may be processed by Stripe or PayPal.
UnderOverPredictions does not store full payment-card details, card security codes or PayPal account credentials.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method or payment processor where technically possible.
The time required for a refunded amount to appear may depend on Stripe, PayPal, the customer’s bank, card issuer or another financial intermediary.
Chargebacks And Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a problem with a payment or service, please contact us first so that we can investigate.
Nothing in this Policy prevents a customer from using a lawful chargeback or payment-dispute right.
We may provide the relevant payment processor with order, delivery and communication records where reasonably necessary to respond to a dispute, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
How To Request A Cancellation, Withdrawal Or Refund
Contact us using the contact details published on UnderOverPredictions.com.
Please include:
- your name;
- the email address used for the purchase;
- the order or transaction reference, where available;
- the service purchased;
- the date of purchase; and
- a short explanation of the request.
Where an online statutory withdrawal function is available on the Website, eligible consumers may also use it during the applicable withdrawal period.
Online Withdrawal Function
Where applicable law requires an online withdrawal function for a distance contract concluded through the Website, UnderOverPredictions will make that function available while the relevant statutory withdrawal right remains exercisable.
Where a customer validly loses the right of withdrawal after immediate digital supply begins in accordance with applicable law, that function does not create a new contractual cancellation right.
Where a valid online withdrawal statement is submitted, an acknowledgement of receipt will be provided on a durable medium, such as email, as required by law.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is due or approved, we will initiate it without undue delay and within any mandatory legal deadline.
Approved refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed and legally permitted.
Performance Protection Is Separate
Football Tips Performance Protection is a separate policy.
Where its conditions are satisfied, it may provide additional service access or an extension of an eligible service. Unless that policy expressly states otherwise, such an extension is not a cash refund.
Statutory consumer rights remain independent from Performance Protection.
Fair Use And Abuse
We may investigate patterns of refund requests, payment disputes or purchase activity that reasonably indicate fraud, abuse, unauthorised redistribution of paid content or misuse of the service.
Any action taken remains subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our services, checkout process, payment methods or legal requirements.
The current version will be published on the Website with an updated revision date.
